## Choose the way you work with clients

- **HR consultants**: Starters, contracts, documents, policies and deadlines for every client, kept apart and in order. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/hr-consultants/)
- **Accountants**: You already look after payroll. Give clients somewhere to organise everything around it. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/accountants/)
- **Payroll bureaux**: Know about workforce changes before payroll day. Leavers, address changes and bank detail changes reach the payroll role. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/payroll-bureaux/)

## How an adviser uses HRHive

No setup call and no implementation project.

1. **Your client invites you**: The client's owner or an administrator invites you by email and chooses your role, such as HR, compliance, payroll or a read-only auditor.
2. **You sign in once**: With a one-time link, an emailed code or a passkey. There are no passwords, and one login covers every client you are invited into.
3. **You see every client together**: The portfolio view shows what needs attention across all your clients: what is missing, what is due and who needs to act.
4. **You open a client to deal with it**: The organisation switcher takes you into one client at a time, with your role in each. Nothing from another client appears there.
5. **Your work is on the record**: Important activity is recorded in an audit log that shows who acted and what changed. That includes you.

## Built for people who look after many businesses

- **Working across clients**: One login. A portfolio view shows actions, expiries and urgent items from every client together, and one click takes you into the client.
- **Templates and playbooks**: Set up templates, policies and forms once and use them across clients, then adjust them for the client in front of you.
- **Your branding**: Your own branding on documents with Adviser Pro, and a fully branded experience for larger practices with white label.
- **Payroll**: The payroll role is told about leavers, address changes and bank detail changes to confirm. Handoffs, webhooks and a public API carry changes to your payroll software. HRHive is not payroll software.
- **Working with HRHive**: A free adviser account. Each client organisation is priced on its own workforce, with referral and wholesale arrangements for advisers who bring clients.
- **Right to work**: You can see where each check stands, ask for information, chase and assign. Someone the client has authorised completes the check.

## A view across every client.

The actions, expiries and urgent items from all your clients, together on one screen. Open any client to deal with what needs attention.

27 organisations · 483 active people · 19 actions · 4 urgent · 11 expiries coming up

- **Oakridge Building Services Ltd**: Right-to-work follow-up due in 12 days.
- **ABC Construction**: Right-to-work action awaiting employer.
- **Jones Hospitality**: 3 onboarding actions incomplete.
- **Smith Cleaning**: Insurance expires next week.

## Advisers can chase a right to work check. The employer completes it.

> **What the guidance says**
>
> The law puts the right to work check on the employer. A check carried out independently by an outside party, such as an adviser, recruiter or bureau, does not give the employer the protection a properly made check gives, which is called a statutory excuse.

> **In HRHive**
>
> An adviser can see where each check stands, ask for information, chase what is outstanding and assign the check. Someone the employer has authorised, acting under its control, completes it, and HRHive records who made it, when and how. HRHive records the check. It does not perform it.

It matters to your clients. When someone asks them to show a check, it needs to be theirs. Right to work checks by third parties explains the rule in plain English.

## Plans and partnerships

- **Adviser pricing**: A free adviser account. Each client organisation is priced on its own workforce. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/pricing/)
- **Partner programme**: Referral, wholesale and white label arrangements for advisers who bring HRHive to their clients. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/partner-programme/)
- **White label**: Your name, your domain and reporting across the practice, for larger advisers. [More](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/white-label/)

## What advisers ask us

### Can I see all my clients on one screen?

Yes. The portfolio view shows the actions, expiries and urgent items from every client together. Open any client from it to deal with what needs attention.

### Do my clients pay more if I am invited in?

No. Inviting an adviser into an organisation does not change its plan. Each client organisation is priced on its own active workforce. See [adviser pricing](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/pricing/).

### Can I carry out a right to work check for a client?

No. A check carried out independently by an adviser does not give your client a statutory excuse. You can see where each check stands, ask for documents, chase and assign the check. Someone your client has authorised completes it, and HRHive records who, when and how.

### Does HRHive make an accountant or payroll bureau an HR adviser?

No. HRHive helps you administer workflows and keep records. It is not employment-law advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice. If a client needs advice, it should come from someone qualified to give it.

### Is HRHive payroll software?

No. HRHive does not run payroll, calculate pay or send anything to HMRC. Payroll roles are told about leavers, address changes and bank detail changes, reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF, and payroll handoffs and a public API carry changes to your payroll software.

### Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes. Adviser Pro puts your own branding on documents, and [white label](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/white-label/) gives larger practices a fully branded experience.

### How do I get started?

Create your account and ask a client to invite you. There is no demo, no setup call and no implementation project. The steps are in [managing HR for clients](https://hrhive.co.uk/start/manage-hr-for-clients/) and [running payroll for clients](https://hrhive.co.uk/start/run-payroll-for-clients/).

### Is there a partner programme?

Yes. It covers referral, wholesale and white label arrangements for advisers who bring HRHive to their clients. See the [partner programme](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/partner-programme/).

## Start with one client.
