# A partner programme for advisers.

> Advisers can work with HRHive as a partner in three ways: referral, wholesale and white label. Each suits a different kind of practice, and you do not need any of them to use HRHive with your clients.

## Three ways to partner

They suit different practices.

### Referral

You introduce a client. The client signs up and pays HRHive directly, on its own workforce size. You earn a commission on what that client pays, and HRHive records who introduced whom and reports it to you.

### Wholesale

You buy licences from HRHive at a discount and bundle them into your own fees. Your clients pay you, and you pay HRHive.

### White label

A larger adviser presents a substantially branded experience of its own: its name, its domain and reporting across the practice. This is covered on the [white label page](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/white-label/).

Commission rates, discounts and minimum commitments are agreed with each partner.

## Working with HRHive without a partnership

You do not need a partnership to work with clients in HRHive. Create your account, and each client invites you into their organisation with a role. One login covers every client, and the portfolio view shows what needs attention across all of them. The adviser account is free, and each client organisation is priced on its own workforce. See [adviser pricing](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/pricing/).

How that looks for your kind of practice is on the pages for [HR consultants](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/hr-consultants/), [accountants](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/accountants/) and [payroll bureaux](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/payroll-bureaux/).

## What a partnership does not change

The right to work check stays with the client. It is completed by someone the client has authorised, acting under the client's control. An adviser can see where it stands, ask for information, chase and assign it.

## Who we would like to hear from

HR consultancies, accountancy practices and payroll bureaux that look after a number of clients, and larger advisers who want to present a substantially branded experience.

Tell us how your practice works: how many clients you look after, what you handle for them and how you bill them. Contact us and say which of the three models interests you.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I join the partner programme?

Yes. Tell us about your practice and which of the three models interests you. You do not need to be a partner to use HRHive with your clients.

### What commission would I earn?

Referral commission is agreed with each partner and depends on the clients you introduce. Talk to us and we will go through it with you.

### Do I need to be a partner to use HRHive with my clients?

No. Each client invites you into their organisation with a role, and the adviser account is free. Each client organisation is priced on its own workforce.

### How do I get started?

Contact us, say which model interests you, and tell us how many clients you look after and how you bill them.
