# Free for you. Each client is priced on its own workforce.

## How adviser pricing works

You pay nothing to have an adviser account. Each client organisation is billed on its own active workforce, at the same plan sizes any employer uses. Inviting an adviser into an organisation does not change its plan, however many advisers work in it.

You can start free: create an organisation and add people without giving payment details.

| 51 to 100 people | £69 a month |
| 101 to 250 people | £119 a month |

Adviser plans:

- **HRHive Adviser** (available): Free. A free adviser account. Each client organisation is billed on its own workforce size.
- **Adviser Pro** (available): Talk to us. A portfolio view across clients, shared templates and your own branding on documents.
- **White label** (available): Talk to us. Your name, your domain and reporting across the practice.

## What counts towards a client's plan

Only people currently working with a client count towards its plan. People who have left, and people who have not started yet, do not. That is the same for every organisation, so a client with a lot of leavers does not pay for them.

## What each adviser plan includes

- **HRHive Adviser** is the free adviser account. You are invited into each client's organisation and look after all of them from one login, with a portfolio view across them.
- **Adviser Pro** adds shared templates and your own branding on documents. It is priced in conversation.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I pay to be invited into a client?

No. The adviser account is free, and being invited into a client's organisation does not cost you or the client anything extra.

### Does a client's plan change if I work in it?

No. Each client organisation is priced on its own active workforce. The number of advisers working in it makes no difference.

### Who pays for a client's organisation?

The client does, for its own organisation. With a wholesale arrangement, you pay HRHive and bundle it into your own fees.

### What does Adviser Pro cost?

Adviser Pro is priced in conversation. Talk to us about your practice and we will go through it with you.

### Are the prices final?

No. They are provisional, and the table shows the date they were last changed.
