# Your practice's name on the experience.

> White label is for larger advisers who want to present HRHive to their clients as a substantially branded experience of their own: your name, your domain and reporting across all of your clients. It is priced in conversation.

## What white label means

A larger practice presents HRHive to its clients under its own name: its branding, its own domain and reporting across all of its clients. The practice's clients experience the practice's service, with HRHive running underneath.

## What you get

- **Your name and branding** where your clients see it.
- **Your own domain** for the address your clients use.
- **Reporting across the practice,** so you can see all of your clients' records together.
- **Everything else HRHive does,** including the portfolio view, shared templates and the same role-based access for each client.

## Where white label sits

There are three adviser plans. HRHive Adviser is a free account. Adviser Pro adds a portfolio view across clients, shared templates and your own branding on documents. White label is for larger practices: your name, your domain and reporting across the practice. [Adviser pricing](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/pricing/) has the detail.

White label is also one of the three models in the [partner programme](https://hrhive.co.uk/advisers/partner-programme/), alongside referral and wholesale.

## What does not change

A white label experience does not change who completes a right to work check. That stays with someone the client has authorised, acting under the client's control. HRHive records who made the check, when and how.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I white label HRHive?

Yes. White label is for larger advisers: your name, your domain and reporting across the practice. Talk to us about what you want your clients to see.

### Will my clients see HRHive's name?

Without white label, yes. The app and every printable document carry HRHive's name. With white label, your clients experience your practice's name, domain and branding, with HRHive running underneath.

### What does white label cost?

It is priced in conversation, according to the size of your practice and what you want your clients to see.

### Do I need white label to look after several clients?

No. You are invited into each client's organisation and see all of them from one login. The adviser account is free, and each client organisation is priced on its own workforce.
