HRHive is a trading name of Hartsmith Ltd. Our legal documents are being finalised, and each one will be published here once a qualified solicitor has reviewed it.

## Where things stand

These are the documents we are preparing. None of them is published yet.

- **Terms of service.** The agreement between Hartsmith Ltd (trading as HRHive) and the organisations that use HRHive.
- **Privacy notice.** How we use personal data about visitors to our website and people who sign in to HRHive.
- **Data processing agreement.** The terms that apply when we process personal data on your organisation's behalf.
- **Cookie notice.** The cookies and browser storage our website uses, and how to change your choice.
- **Subprocessor list.** The companies that help us provide HRHive.
- **Acceptable use policy.** What HRHive may not be used for.
