# Priced by the people you work with.

One plan size, every feature. Your plan follows the size of your active workforce, so a small team pays a small amount and nothing is held back to make you upgrade.

## Pricing

Per organisation, per month, based on your active workforce. Prices exclude VAT. These prices are provisional.

| 26 to 50 people | £39 a month |
| 51 to 100 people | £69 a month |
| 101 to 250 people | £119 a month |
| 251 to 500 people | £199 a month |

People who have left, and people who have not started yet, do not count towards your plan.

Included on every plan:

- Every feature on every plan. You choose a plan by the size of your workforce, nothing else.
- Employees, workers, individual subcontractors and the suppliers you keep records for.
- Right to work records, supply chain records, contracts and signing.
- Reminders, the compliance overview and printable evidence packs.
- A self-service portal for the people you employ.
- Invite your accountant or HR adviser into your organisation.

You can create your organisation, add your first person and see what HRHive says is missing before you have spoken to anyone. If you manage HR for clients, or run payroll for them, you can be invited into each client's organisation straight away.

## Pricing, answered plainly

### Who counts towards my plan?

Anyone currently working with you in any capacity: employees, workers, individual subcontractors and supplier workers you keep records for. Someone working their notice counts until their leave date. Someone who has not started yet does not count until their start date. People who have left do not count, even though HRHive keeps their records for the retention periods you set.

### Do former employees push me into a bigger plan?

No. Leavers and archived people do not count towards your plan. Their records stay available for as long as the law and your retention schedule say they should.

### Do I pay extra for my accountant or HR adviser?

Inviting an adviser into your organisation does not change your plan. Advisers have their own plans, described on the adviser pricing page.

### Are the prices final?

They are provisional. The date they were last changed is shown on this page.

### What if I have more than 500 people?

Talk to us. Larger organisations are priced individually.
