For advisers

Looking after more than one business? Keep each one in order.

HR consultants, accountants and payroll bureaux can be invited into each client's organisation and switch between them with one login. Each client keeps its own people, documents and deadlines, and you work in one client at a time. A view across all of them is in development.

Today

How an adviser uses HRHive today

This is how it works now, with no setup call and no implementation project.

  1. Your client invites you

The client's owner or an administrator invites you by email and chooses your role, such as HR, compliance, payroll or a read-only auditor.

  2. You sign in once

With a one-time link, an emailed code or a passkey. There are no passwords, and one login covers every client you are invited into.

  3. You switch between clients

The organisation switcher at the top of the menu shows the client you are in and lists the others you belong to, with your role in each.

  4. You work in one client at a time

Home shows what needs attention in that client: what is missing, what is due and who needs to act. Nothing from another client appears there.

  5. Your work is on the record

Important activity is recorded in an audit log that shows who acted and what changed. That includes you.

Where we are

Today and in development

What works now is on the left. What we are building is on the right. Nothing on the right is available yet, and none of it has a date.

In development

A view across every client.

We are building a portfolio view for advisers: the actions, expiries and urgent items from all your clients together on one screen.

Right to work

Advisers can chase a right to work check. The employer completes it.

We are telling you this up front because it matters to your clients. When someone asks them to show a check, it needs to be theirs. Right to work checks by third parties explains the rule in plain English.

Questions

What advisers ask us

Can I see all my clients on one screen?
Not yet. Today you switch between clients and work in one at a time. A portfolio view across every client is in development, and the preview above shows the direction. We have not set a date for it.
Do my clients pay more if I am invited in?
No. Inviting an adviser into an organisation does not change its plan. Each client organisation is priced on its own active workforce. See adviser pricing.
Can I carry out a right to work check for a client?
No. A check carried out independently by an adviser does not give your client a statutory excuse. You can see where each check stands, ask for documents, chase and assign the check. Someone your client has authorised completes it, and HRHive records who, when and how.
Does HRHive make an accountant or payroll bureau an HR adviser?
No. HRHive helps you administer workflows and keep records. It is not employment-law advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice. If a client needs advice, it should come from someone qualified to give it.
Is HRHive payroll software?
No. HRHive does not run payroll, calculate pay or send anything to HMRC. Payroll roles are told about leavers, address changes and bank detail changes, and reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF. Payroll handoffs and a public API are planned.
Can I put my own branding on it?
Not yet. Your own branding on documents is part of Adviser Pro, and a substantially branded experience is white label. Both are planned, and neither has a date.
How do I get started?
Create your account and ask a client to invite you. There is no demo, no setup call and no implementation project. The steps are in managing HR for clients and running payroll for clients.
Is there a partner programme?
It is being designed. Referral, wholesale and white label arrangements are planned, and no rates, discounts or dates have been set. See the partner programme.
