Sixteen reports you can view, print or export
HRHive has sixteen reports on people, documents, holidays, policies, onboarding, cases, compliance and payroll changes. Search, filter and sort them, then print them or export to Excel, CSV or PDF. Each person sees only what their role allows.
What problem does this solve?
When someone asks who is missing a contract, or which documents expire this quarter, the answer is usually a spreadsheet someone rebuilds by hand. It is out of date by the time it is sent, and it can show more than the reader should see.
What HRHive does
HRHive has sixteen working reports. They are lists to act on, not dashboards to look at.
| Group | Reports |
|---|---|
| People | Employee list, Employee directory, Upcoming probation dates, Leavers |
| Documents | Missing documents, Expiring documents, Expired documents |
| Compliance | Company document expiry, Sponsor readiness |
| Holidays | Holiday balances, Holiday calendar |
| Policies | Policy acknowledgement status |
| Onboarding | Incomplete onboarding |
| Cases | Case register |
| Payroll | Starters and leavers (payroll), Bank detail changes to confirm |
Sponsor readiness appears only if you have said you hold a sponsor licence.
- Search every report, filter it by values that repeat, such as department or status, and sort it by any column. Holiday calendar, Leavers and Starters and leavers also take dates.
- Print it, or export it as Excel (XLSX), CSV or PDF. What you print or export is what you saw, with the search, filters and sort you applied.
- Reports that hold confidential information, such as salaries, cases and bank detail changes, say so. Report exports are recorded in the audit log.
- On screen a report shows the first 1,000 rows. An export has all of them.
How it works
- Open Reports. They are grouped, with a line on what each one shows.
- Choose a report and narrow it down. Search, filter and sort, and set the dates where the report takes them.
- Print it or export it. Choose Print, or Export and then Excel (XLSX), CSV or PDF.
- Download it. HRHive prepares the file and starts the download. It stays available for 7 days.
What you see
Reports lists what you can use, grouped, each with a one-line description. Open one to see a table with search, filters and sortable columns, and Print and Export at the top. Reports that hold confidential information carry a notice.
The record it creates
An export is a file, recorded in the audit log with who made it and when. A printed or PDF report is marked confidential, carries your organisation's name and the date, says which filters were applied, and ends with "Generated by HRHive". The evidence packs share that layout, and the Workforce Register below is one of them.
Who can do what
Reports show only what the person asking is allowed to see. A manager's reports cover their own team, the salary column appears only for roles that can see salaries, and Bank detail changes to confirm is for roles that can see bank details.
What happens next
Use the reports as working lists: act on them, then run them again. The Expiring documents report shows the same dates the reminders watch, and the compliance overview ranks the most urgent for you. When you need a formal record rather than a list, see evidence packs.
