Advisers

Your practice's name on the experience.

White label is a planned arrangement for larger advisers who want to present HRHive to their clients as a substantially branded experience of their own. It is being designed. It is not available today, and nothing about price or timing has been set.

PlannedHRHive does not do this yet. This page describes what we are building.

What white label would mean

A larger practice would present HRHive to its clients under its own name: its branding, its own domain and reporting across all of its clients. The practice's clients would experience the practice's service, with HRHive running underneath.

We have not decided how far the branding goes. Screens, emails, documents and the sign-in address are all still open questions.

What exists today

None of this exists today. The app carries HRHive's name, and every printable document carries a quiet "Generated by HRHive" line. There is no custom domain, no adviser branding and no reporting across a practice's clients.

If you look after several clients today, you can be invited into each client's organisation and switch between them. See how that works for HR consultants.

What is not decided

We have not set any of the following, and we will not publish a figure or a date until it is settled.

  • How far the branding goes.
  • Whether and how a practice's own domain is used.
  • What a practice would need to commit to.
  • Price. White label will be priced in conversation.
  • Dates.

Where white label sits

There are three adviser plans. HRHive Adviser is a free account and is available in part today. Adviser Pro is planned: a portfolio view across clients, shared templates and your own branding on documents. White label is planned: your name, your domain and reporting across the practice. Adviser pricing shows all three.

White label is also one of the three models we are designing for the partner programme, alongside referral and wholesale.

What would not change

A white label experience would not change who completes a right to work check. That stays with someone the client has authorised, acting under the client's control. HRHive records who made the check, when and how.

If you are a larger practice

Frequently asked questions

Can I white label HRHive today?
No. White label is planned, and nothing is available yet. Today the app and every printable document carry HRHive's name.
Will my clients see HRHive's name?
Today, yes. White label is meant to change that for a practice. How far the branding goes has not been decided.
What will white label cost?
We have not set a price. White label will be priced in conversation, and we will not publish a figure until it is settled.
Do I need white label to look after several clients?
No. You can be invited into each client's organisation today and switch between them. The adviser account is free, and each client organisation is priced on its own workforce.
