Training is planned, not available yet
Training is not available in HRHive yet. We are planning short training that ends in a record. It is not a full learning management system. This page describes the design and links to guidance that exists today.
PlannedHRHive does not do this yet. This page describes what we are building.

What problem does this solve?
Training records are rarely in one place. A certificate sits in one folder, a sign-in sheet in another, and the date it runs out is in someone's diary. When a manager or a client asks who has done the induction, or whose certificate has lapsed, the answer is a search. Training is planned to deal with that.
What HRHive does
When training is available, HRHive will let you:
- Give people a short piece of training, as a video or a PDF.
- Add a short quiz if you want one, with a pass mark.
- Ask people to acknowledge that they have completed it.
- Keep a completion record for each person.
- Set a renewal date for the training.
How it works
This is the design we are working to. It may change before training is built.
- Someone will be given a piece of training. It will be a video or a PDF.
- They will take the quiz, if there is one. They will need to reach the pass mark.
- They will acknowledge that they have completed it.
- HRHive will record the completion.
- A renewal date will be recorded for the training.
What you see
There is nothing to show yet. We would rather show you nothing than a picture of a screen you cannot use. When training is built, this section will show it.
The record it creates
Each completed piece of training is planned to leave a completion record on the person's record, with a renewal date.
Who can do what
We will publish who can do what when training is ready.
What happens next
Until training exists, our guide to training records explains how to track what is required, what has been done and what is due. When training is available, this page will say so and describe how it works.
