HRHive for the way your business works
Subcontractors on site, students behind a bar, agency cover across an office block and licences that run out one at a time. Each industry has its own problems with people records. Pick yours to see what HRHive does about them.
By industry

Each page starts from the problems people in that industry actually have, and says what HRHive does and does not do about them.

What HRHive is not for
Not payroll. Not a rota. Not a recruitment system.
HRHive keeps the records and evidence behind your workforce. It sits beside the tools you already use.
HRHive is not payroll, timesheet, rota, productivity-tracking or recruitment software, and it does not do accounting or Construction Industry Scheme verification and returns. If you need those, keep using the tools you have. HRHive keeps the people records, documents and checks that sit beside them.
It also does not make decisions for you. It records the right to work checks that you make, and it does not contact the Home Office or an identity provider on your behalf. Where an industry has its own regulator, HRHive can hold licences, registrations and certificates as documents with expiry dates and remind you before they run out. It does not check them with the regulator or the issuer, and it does not know what your regulator requires. That is for you and your adviser to settle.
